Who I work with
Children and teens with ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum differences, sensory processing challenges and behavioral concerns. I work closely with families and educators to create supportive environments at home and at school.
Adults and veterans navigating PTSD, traumatic stress, depression, anxiety and grief. Read more about our trauma therapy.
People of all ages going through life transitions who want practical tools alongside deeper understanding.
How I work
I see therapy as a collaborative process that helps people understand themselves better, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more grounded and connected. My approach is holistic and culturally responsive, and I work from a strengths-based, client-centered and trauma-informed lens. Depending on who I'm working with, that may include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
mindfulness-based practices
solution-focused therapy
family systems and attachment-informed work
narrative approaches
I'm also training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Working with families and schools
I have extensive experience working within school systems. With children and teens, I partner with parents and educators so the support a young person gets in therapy carries over into the rest of their week.
